Really, I know that these animals are built to survive outdoors, even in the snowy, cold weather we’ve had this year, but it still amazes me that they don’t seem to be uncomfortable at all, standing in a snowy paddock, no blanket, no shelter. Of course, they have a nice stable to live in at night but even with that fuzz on the chin, I can’t seem to wrap my head around how this horse is so content.
I can barely stand being outside in this long enough to get to my car. (Okay, that’s a bit of a stretch, but I’d certainly not be having fun if I switched places with this beautiful creature. Mind you, never having to sit in the office again…hmmmm….a trade is starting to sound better suddenly!
